Green Mountain Hail Recovery — from tarp to new roof in nine days

The June 12 storm dropped golf-ball hail across Green Mountain for eleven minutes. The Reinharts called at 7:40 the next morning; our crew had their two active leaks tarped by noon. The inspection that followed documented 40+ impact bruises per test square, cracked pipe boots, and dented gutters on all four elevations — everything photographed, measured, and packaged for their insurer before they filed.

Luis met the adjuster on the roof eight days later and walked the documentation slope by slope; the approved scope matched ours line for line, including gutters the initial desk review had missed. We replaced the roof with Class 4 impact-rated shingles in Charcoal — so the next June storm is the insurer's last problem, not the Reinharts'.

They tarped us the same morning we called, and when the adjuster came, Ridgeline's inspector was already on the roof with photos of everything. The claim was approved in one pass.
